The International Institute of Cosmetology would like to congratulate Carly Chavez for receiving Wethersfield’s student of the month for March!
Carly’s beauty educator Gianna Aconfora describes Carly as:

Carly sought out the International Institute of Cosmetology hearing that it was the best for beauty education. Going into this field allowed Carly to be creative and make others feel good about themselves. Over the course of working with hair, Carly grew to love working with color and doing balayages!
Carly is expected to graduate late August and plans to start working commission and continuing to build experience! IIC is proud to extend this accomplishment to Carly and wishes for the best in all future endeavors!!
The International Institute of Cosmetology recognizes Analiese Eleveld as our Plainville Campus March student of the month!
Analiese’s cosmetology educator Chanice Haughton describes Analiese as possessing these traits:
- Ambitious
- Hard working
- Always willing to help
Analiese (who was already working in a salon as a receptionist) noticed the genuine appreciation that hairstylists received when clients truly appreciated their work. Soon after, Analiese sought to go down the cosmetology path in an attempt to help others feel more beautiful. Analiese expressed that IIC was promising considering the high praise mentors in this field had for the school. After touring the campus, Analiese knew IIC was the perfect fit. Over the past year at IIC, Analiese found a passion for hand painting and has continued falling in love with the technique day by day.
Analiese is expected to graduate at the beginning of May and plans to work full time while continuing to build experience. The International Institute of Cosmetology would love to congratulate Analiese with this accomplishment and wishes the best in all future plans!
