The International Institute of Cosmetology would like to congratulate Olivia Szymecki for receiving Wethersfield’s student of the month for January!
Olivia’s beauty educator Gianna Aconfora describes Olivia as:

Olivia found a love for working with hair from a young age. Olivia knew that traditional school was not the right fit and decided to pursue a lifelong passion of working in the cosmetology field. Olivia explained that this route was fitting considering the fact that hair allows more creativity and expression than other fields! Over the course of working with hair, Olivia grew to love cutting and styling hair!
Olivia is expected to graduate late April and plans to assist at Capelli Salon in Rocky Hill! IIC is proud to extend this accomplishment to Olivia and wishes for the best in all future endeavors!!
The International Institute of Cosmetology recognizes Savannah Kaluzny as our Plainville Campus January student of the month!
Savannah’s cosmetology educator Chanice Haughton describes Savannah as possessing these traits:

- Ask her for anything and she’ll do it
Savannah expressed that IIC was the right fit considering a handful of friends had good experiences and positive comments. Savannah emphasized the importance of creativity and knew going into cosmetology was the right choice to express imagination! Savannah has grown to adore performing vivid hair designs.
Savannah is expected to graduate late April and plans to assist in a salon and expand on skills learned at IIC. The International Institute of Cosmetology would love to congratulate Savannah with this accomplishment and wishes the best in all future plans!
