OCTOBER UPDATE:

With businesses reopening amidst a COVID-19 resurgence across so many states. Where do Connecticut salons stand now.

CT is inching towards Phase 3 reopening set for October 8th, 2020. What does this mean for hair salons? According to Governor Lamont’s announcement, hair salons will now be able to increase indoor capacity to 75%. This is especially helpful for smaller square footage salons. It gives hair salons a fighting chance. Recently hair salon and hair school owner Leonardo Gugliotti was interviewed by Fox 61 on the recent reopening announcement, see the story here.

There are still many people who are nervous about getting their hair and beauty services done. What are businesses doing to maintain their clients and employees safe?
