✨What made you decide cosmetology & go to IIC?
I decided to learn cosmetology because I always liked to style my relatives hair and decided to learn at a professional level. I decided to go to IIC because it’s the best school.
✨My Ah Hah moments in school were (Times you realized this is what you should be doing)?
My Ah Hah moments in school were when clients left with a positive attitude because they liked the way I did their hair.
✨Where do you see yourself when you finish school?
After finishing school, I want to work at a Salon, and maybe later in the future I want to rent a chair or open my own Salon. The services that I will offer will be hair coloring, hair cutting, up-styling, and braiding.
✨What advice would you give someone looking into Cosmetology school?
I would advise not to miss classes, as every day you can learn something new and interesting.

I’ve always loved making people feel beautiful and confident in their own skin, and cosmetology felt like the perfect way to turn that passion into a career.
✨Where do you see yourself when you finish school?
After graduation, I see myself working in a salon that lets me be creative and grow. Blonding, lived in color and dimensional color will definitely be a main focus of mine but anything that makes the client feel like the best version of themselves!
✨What advice would you give someone looking into Cosmetology school?
Some advice I’d give to someone looking into cosmetology school is to just keep showing up, keep practicing, and everything will fall into place with time. Give it your all and be yourself through the ups and downs!
