✨What made you decide cosmetology & go to IIC?
I have wanted to come to cosmetology ever since I was young. When I came to IIC for my tour it felt right.
✨My Ah Hah moments in school were (Times you realized this is what you should be doing)?
My Ah Hah moment was when I took my first client and I saw their face light up when I was done with here style.
✨Where do you see yourself when you finish school?
When I’m out of school I see myself working at a salon helping people feel their best.
✨What advice would you give someone looking into Cosmetology school?
It’s hard work but it’s 100% worth it at the end of the day.

✨What made you decide cosmetology & go to IIC?
I think my curiosity and passion to learn about hair gave me the courage to decide on cosmetology. I feel like IIC stands out so much from other schools, because of their social media posts and activities throughout the whole program.
✨My Ah Hah moments in school were (time you realized this is what you should be doing)?
I think my Ah Hah moments were when I did my first combination of foliage and balayage on my client. She loved it because it gave her the smoothest transition of blonde. The second I held the brush I knew that this method will become my favorite.
Also, Seeing my educators being beyond proud of me for making progress day by day made me realize that this is what I should be doing.
✨Where do you see yourself when you finish school?
I see myself working at the salon and hopefully to open one of my own in the future.
✨What advice would you give someone looking into Cosmetology school?
I have this one quote that I thought I could mention on here because I relate to it so much “Your positive action combined with positive thinking results in success”(Shiv Khera)
