Salon Assistant/Assocciate

At A Salon in Enfield, CT we are seeking an Assistant/Associate to grow with our salon family! Can you work in a fast paced environment & multitask with a positive attitude? If this sounds like you, we‘d love for you to apply. We need someone who isn’t afraid to jump right in and ideally is looking to advance to a hairstylist.  Salon Assistant/Associate Duties

Priority is assisting stylists with shampooing, foiling, etc. 

Other duties will include:

1. Help stylists set up for the next guest.
2. Help stylists foil guests & rip foils.
3. Resupply back bar shampoo and conditioners.
4. Clean & maintain waxing area.
5. Clean windows, mirrors, and doors. 
6.  Sweep floors/hair off mats.
7. Keep up with laundry.
8. Help with cleaning color supplies.
9. Clean & maintain stylist supplies.
10. Have fun!

Qualifications:

Ending cosmetology school or a licensed cosmetologist!
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong knowledge of hair products and services required.
Knowledge of styling products preferred.
