Do's & Dye is a luxury salon in West Hartford that is moving to Main Street in charming Old Wethersfield. We specialize in blonding, dimensional, lived-in color, and elevated bridal beauty. Despite a growing bridal team of 20, our daily team intentionally stays small, 3 to 4 stylists working at once, in a space designed to feel unhurried, collaborative, and genuinely good to be in. No ego. No chaos. Just skilled people doing their best work.

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years of salon experience
• Passion for blonding and dimensional color
• Calm, professional, self-aware. You communicate and show up consistently
• Team-first mentality. You understand the experience goes beyond your chair
• Ambitious and ready to grow somewhere that actually supports it
